"Robbed," is a raw look at two teenage boys, Rob Jones, from Washington, D.C., who receives an opportunity to attend a public urban boarding school, and Robert Kennedy, a dropout from Milwaukee struggling to find his way. Tracking their strikingly similar backgrounds, their lives diverge as D.C. Rob becomes the first male in his family to go to college while Milwaukee Rob follows in his father’s footsteps to jail. We see firsthand the impact of our public educational system – with lives hanging in the balance.
